Personal information includes name, age, gender, contact information, case history, scan volumes or radiologic images.

Personal information and case history shared by clients is shared only with the diagnosticians, to help reach the most accurate radiologic impression / diagnosis.

All information obtained from the client is confidential and will not be handed to any third party — except where the company is compelled to under Indian law, where written consent has been obtained from the client, or where the company needs to disclose information to financial institutions.

Personal information is stored in the database. Bank details and card details are destroyed immediately.

Invoices for associated centres are created at the end of the month. For first-time enquiries and referrers of fewer than 10 per month, reports are sent only after payment is received.

If a service requirement is cancelled before case assessment begins, the client is not charged. If cancelled after assessment begins, the client is required to pay for the services.

For failed transactions or double realization for the same order, the deducted amount is refunded within 7–10 days. For part cancellations, the refund corresponds to the part cancelled, and only for cases not yet assigned to a radiologist.

For routine reporting, we dispatch a report from 4 hours after it has been received by us.

A basic / primal report (most crucial points only) may be dispatched within 1.5–2 hours if required urgently; a comprehensive report follows later if required.

Turnaround for thesis or short studies depends on the sample size and the complexity of evaluation.

Reports are handed over only after payment confirmation; where payment is delayed, turnaround may differ and we are not responsible for that delay. Unforeseen delays will be notified by email.
